RITA Technician II

Job Duties:

  1. Quickly and professionally address help desk tickets and projects to exceed the client’s expectation.
  2. Become the primary subject matter expert in assigne solution for the clients.
  3. Participate in the On-Call rotation of technicians.
  4. Document each ticket resolved and help to implement the “best practice” for each client

Required Skills:

  1. Excellent Communication Skills
  2. Demonstratable Organization Skills
  3. Able to troubleshoot issues and describe the issues clearly to the client and managment
  4. Working knowledge of Microsoft products and operating systems.
